Ingredients

  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp
  • 3 Carrots sliced
  • 2 Onion chopped.
  • 1 chicken quartered
  • 6 cups of water
  • Chopped parsley cups.

Method Preparation

First of all you will take a big pan and put the oil into it and preheat it. You will pour the onion cook it tills translucent. On the other side you will include salt and pepper into the chicken and mix the well.
