The white chicken chili recipe is simple and it does not require a lot of time to serve. The preparation time of this recipe is just only 20 minutes. In the less than an hour this delicious dish can be prepared and served. Following are the ingredients required for a serving of four:



  • Vegetable oil- 1 teaspoon
  • chicken breast 2
  • Diced onion- 1 large
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chopped garlic- 4 cloves
  • Ancho Chili powder- 1 tablespoon
  • Ground cumin- 1 teaspoon
  • All-purpose flour- 1 teaspoon
  • Chipotle pepper powder- teaspoon
  • Dried oregano- teaspoon
  • Fine cornmeal- 1 teaspoon
  • Chicken broth- 2 cups
  • White beans 2 cups of 15 ounce

  • Add the chicken breasts in a skillet with heated teaspoon of vegetable oil and cook for four minutes. Reduce heat from medium-high to medium and flip of the breasts. Cover and cook them for 5 minutes. Cool and chop into cubes.
  • Add the teaspoon vegetable oil, salt black pepper and the onion in the skillet over medium heat with stirring for five minutes. Now stir the garlic in and cook for a minute
