Ingredients

  • Zucchini 2 medium from quartered end size and cut it into large pieces.
  • Potatoes 4 medium size and peeled them and cut them into large chunks
  • Red bell pepper 1 medium seeded and chopped.
  • Clove garlic 1 sliced.
  • Dry bread crumbs cup

  • Paprika to taste
  • Salt to taste

Method of preparation

First of all you have to need for preheat the oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Take a pan of medium size and then put the zucchini, potatoes, red bell pepper, bread and crumbs, garlic & olive oil. Season with paprika to taste, salt to taste, and pepper to taste all together and mix them properly and leave the mixture for 30 minutes in the normal temperature so everything will be absorb completely.
